Join our online practice community for fifteen to thirty minutes a day for a guided healing practice. The foundation is breathing and relaxation. We often practice Natural Rest and Living Inquiries. We sit together in stillness, the space of awareness. We open to kindness and self-compassion for our experience, just as it is. We integrate supports for the nervous system. We explore feeling and sensation and the mind’s process of making meaning. There are skillful ways to work with thought, even when the mind is racing with anxiety or we are triggered by trauma into fight/flight/freeze. Our bodymind/nervous systems can be stressed by grief, healing from trauma and every day life. Meeting together, practicing these powerful practices together, is transformative and healing.
