Welcome to the Living Inquiries. Before you begin your sessions, here are some things we’d like you to know, or that we’d like you to let us know.

In Living Inquiries sessions, we investigate the beliefs and perceptions that you have about yourself, others, and the wider world. As with other mindfulness-based practices, we do not give advice, nor do we attempt to change or manage your beliefs or behaviors. By inquiring directly into the nature of your present experience, beliefs, patterns, and conditioning often unravel and profound changes can occur. However, we do not offer or guarantee specific results or outcomes.

If you have, or think you are suffering from a medical or psychological condition, please consult your doctor or other appropriately qualified professional. If you have a physical or psychological condition that you think may affect your ability to participate in or benefit from Living Inquiries sessions, let me know and we can discuss your concerns in more detail.

If, at any time during a session, you feel discomfort about the process or you wish to stop, please let me know.  We will continue only if you wish to do so.

Sessions provide a safe, non-judgmental space in which any information or feeling can be shared. Everything that you share in sessions is treated with the strictest of confidence, unless you or someone else is at immediate risk of harm or mandatory reporting laws apply.

The Living Inquiries community has a complaints policy and procedure. If you would like more information, please email Fiona Robertson (fiona.robertson83@ntlworld.com) or Wayne Hayden-Moreland (hayland4@gmail.com).

Once you begin having sessions, you also have free lifetime access to the Kiloby Center audios and videos.  These resources will help you learn and build on your own inquiry skills. I will email you the username and password. If you have any questions about the resources, please ask.

You are also invited to join the Scott Kiloby’s Living Inquiries and Scott Kiloby’s Natural Rest for Addiction groups on Facebook.
