I invite you to join me this month for practices to heal our digestive system. We will work mostly with the physical body although there will be some practices to help digest emotionally. Yoga and Ayurveda have so much to offer in healing our digestion. We begin with some gentle practices of awareness and breathing in preparation for the master practice of Agni Sara.
Our digestive system can be overtaxed, sluggish, over-heated or super sensitive to food. These practices will help balance, calm and heal the entire system.
